A luxury boutique project will be built in the heart of Tel Aviv, close to Madinah Square, cafes and central entertainment venues. The project will house only 13 tenants on 8 floors. In other words, no more than 2 apartments per floor. This is to create a private living experience as much as possible and a balance between good neighborliness and a sense of space and privacy.
