The light rail changed everything. She transformed Sderot Yerushalayim, the center of Jaffa’s affairs, into an advanced and modern place, a center that offers residents an organic and advanced lifestyle. The Sderot Jerusalem 50 project is located on the corner of Yehuda Hamit, close to the sea, Yarkon Park, the flea market, the light rail station and the city center. As part of the project, 8 floors with 65 new units with high technical specifications will be built and another 20 commercial units – shopping complexes, boutique stores and more designed and planned by Robin Architects.
