    Why are your prices higher than competitors?

    There are several reasons for our higher pricing:

    Our project doesn’t include subsidized housing (“Mechir Lamishtaken”).

    The standard and quality of our project are among the highest in the current market.

    You’re buying from Dimri, a name that precedes us in terms of service quality, construction standards, and project completion reliability.

    We take responsibility and provide support even after handing over the keys.

    What are the advantages of your location?

    We’re close to shopping centers, but there’s no commercial space directly under our buildings. Educational institutions and parks are nearby. The area is quiet and not overcrowded with additional buildings.

    Is the neighborhood easily accessible for leaving the city?

    Yes, the neighborhood is very accessible and close to highways leading south/north and to the Beer Sheva bypass road.

    Who has bought apartments in the neighborhood?

    Mainly people upgrading their living situation, young families, retirees, and those seeking a higher quality of life. Many buyers have relocated from central Israel to Beer Sheva.

    Why are new apartments more expensive than second-hand ones in the area?

    There are two main reasons:

    1. Due to current interest rates, some people can’t afford monthly payments and are willing to compromise on price to get rid of their debts.
    2.  Most apartments were bought about 5 years ago under the “Mechir Lamishtaken” program at low prices and lower standards. Therefore, owners can sell below market price and still make a good profit. In contrast, our new apartments, especially Dimri’s, are high-quality, in a project without subsidized housing, in a good location, and built to high standards.
    What payment terms do you offer?

    We offer very good and flexible payment terms adapted to market conditions. We also provide financing solutions and complementary products such as significantly subsidized mortgages, bridge loans, etc.

    Why isn't there a storage unit for every apartment?

    Due to project planning constraints, we were only able to build about 10 storage units for a building of 29 apartments. Therefore, not every apartment has a storage unit, and we charge an additional fee for those that do.
